These application costs cover our time and expenses in processing and investigating your suitability to be a tenant for our landlord, such time and expense is not refundable to us and therein has to be paid for whatever the outcome. This also represents a commitment on your part that your application is genuine with serious intent.
Reservation of the property (Taken at the time of Application)
A holding fund will need to be paid to take the property off the market. This represents an advance on a portion of your check in monies (rent and deposit) - typically £300 to hold the property out of the market for 14 days. If a longer period is required the landlord may insist on a greater amount. These funds are at risk subject to the terms of the reservation form that you will need to sign.
