As a long standing member of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Rental and Letting Agents (ARLA), professional regulating bodies, both client and consumer can be confident that their affairs will be handled professionally.

As a landlord or tenant any monies we hold on your behalf are ring fenced within our client accounts, subject to an annual ARLA audit and insured by the Client Monies Protection policy only available as a result of our membership of ARLA. Furthermore we are long practiced members of the first "Tenancy Deposit Scheme" provided by The Dispute Service, now one of three schemes available.
